Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Term: 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.

• Conditions: Unopened, unused product in its original packaging.

• We do not accept: Opened/used products (except for defects or adverse reactions), purchases with a final discount, or damage due to misuse.

• Damaged/defective products: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hola@stlabs.mx with your order number, photos, and description.

• Options: Free replacement or full/partial refund as applicable.

• Adverse reactions: Discontinue use, send evidence, and request an exchange or store credit.

• Shipping costs: Paid by the customer unless the brand is mistaken.
